Pet Fee (under 25 lbs. full grown) $250 (non-refundable)
Full-size Washer/Dryer Rental (Optional) $40 per month

*Upon approval, deposit becomes non-refundable if applicant(s) do not take possession of said unit upon agreed move-in date. Applicant(s) have 72 hours following approval to cancel the application and receive a deposit. All application fees are non-refundable.
